Key Terms

The following terms used in this document are defined as:

• "Platform" refers to the 92bd website, application, and all services under it.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person registered and active on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the total monetary amount held in an account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to additional funds received from promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place bets of a specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the 92bd platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• A person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The user must conduct transactions using their own payment method, registered in their own name.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe gaming environment, 92bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. The following documents may be requested:

• A copy of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
• Documents verifying ownership of the payment method.

92bd reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

Password & Access

Each user is personally responsible for the security of their account. The following must be observed:

• Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• 92bd will not be held liable for account access or transactions made by third parties.

Account Transfer Prohibited

No user may sell, transfer, or allow another person to use their account. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Approved Payment Methods

Transactions on the 92bd platform can currently be completed through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The user must conduct transactions using an account registered in their own name. Transactions made using third-party accounts will be rejected.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• After a successful deposit, the account balance will be updated promptly.
• If any issue occurs during deposit processing, contact support immediately.
• To receive a promotional bonus, the deposit must be made in the specified amount and within the designated time frame.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes.
• Before withdrawing, ensure that the account's bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 92bd may carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus

92bd offers a welcome bonus for new users:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• Another example: Depositing ৳26,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus due to the bonus cap, making the total balance ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable:

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements — the contribution rate may differ for specific games.
• There is a set time limit for meeting wagering requirements. If not met within the time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each offer only once.
• A bonus is only applicable when the deposit is made using the specific method indicated on the offer page.
• Attempting to claim the same offer from multiple accounts will be considered fraudulent activity.
• 92bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Policy
